Hiking: Western Border Road to Mt. Berech and Back
Embark on an exhilarating hiking adventure starting from the Western Border Road in the Hevel Eilot Regional Council, near the southern border of Israel. This route promises a captivating journey through varied terrain, offering stunning views and a rewarding physical challenge.
The hike begins on the Western Border Road. You'll find yourself navigating relatively smooth paths, perfect for warming up before tackling the more demanding sections. Remember to maintain a good posture to prepare your body for the long walk.
As you ascend, the trail leads you towards the Mt. Berech viewpoint, the highest point of this journey. Reaching the summit, you'll feel an exhilarating sense of accomplishment. The max altitude is around 843 meters! Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views.
