Get ready for an incredible hike! Starting in Alonim, you'll be immersed in the natural beauty of the Jezreel Valley. The initial part of the trail offers moderate inclines. Focus on maintaining a steady pace and using your core for balance. The trail leads you through varying terrain – you'll encounter some rocky sections, so good hiking boots are essential.

This section involves a significant ascent, so it's crucial to pace yourself and stay hydrated. Remember to use your trekking poles for added stability on the steeper sections.
