The initial part of the trail offers moderate inclines. Focus on maintaining a steady pace and using your core for balance. The trail leads you through varying terrain – you'll encounter some rocky sections, so good hiking boots are essential. As you ascend, the path gets steeper. Your destination, **Yitshak Rabin**, offers a breathtaking panoramic view. Here, take a moment to admire the landscape and enjoy the sense of accomplishment! This section involves a significant *ascent*, so it's crucial to pace yourself and stay hydrated. Remember to use your trekking poles for added stability on the steeper sections. The route then descends towards **Kiryat Tivon**. The terrain becomes less challenging. You will hike for approximately **30 km**, the descent is gradual.
