Starting from Shefaram, you'll begin your ride on a mix of terrains. You will encounter the ascent on some rough trails with rocky sections and some smooth paths, perfect for testing your balance and control. Focus on maintaining a strong core and keep your weight balanced for a smoother ride.
As you approach the Trans-Israel Highway, you will experience a section with higher elevation, offering impressive views. The trail will test your endurance with several climbs. Remember to gear down and maintain a steady pace, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding landscapes.
You will descend towards a lower elevation, near the Zvulun Regional Council. Descend carefully, controlling your speed, and let your bike absorb the terrain.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy a ride of approximately 13 kilometers, with a climb of approximately 173 meters and a descent of around 177 meters, making for an exciting challenge. You'll likely reach a top speed of roughly 45 km/h.
