Embark on a thrilling mountain biking adventure! This ride will take you through diverse landscapes, starting near Haifa.
You'll begin near Haifa. The initial stretch offers a good warm-up, allowing you to settle into a comfortable rhythm. Focus on maintaining a steady cadence and proper posture to conserve energy.
Next, you'll head towards Green Bas Pizza. The terrain likely becomes more varied, perhaps with some climbs to test your endurance. Keep your core engaged, use shorter pedal strokes on inclines, and enjoy the evolving scenery. The route boasts a maximum elevation of around 86 meters, meaning there will be challenging moments!
A stop at Kfar Baruch is on the itinerary. This area offers beautiful views. Remember to fuel up, as you'll be covering a significant distance. The total distance of the ride is approximately 76 kilometers.
Continuing on, you'll visit Beit She'an. Descend, managing your speed and control, and absorb the surroundings.
The entire ride will take around 4.5 hours, with an average speed of about 17 km/h and a maximum speed of around 43 km/h. You'll have about 30 minutes of stopping time. The total ascent is roughly 110 meters, with a descent of around 235 meters. The accumulated elevation gain is about 221 meters.
