Terms of Use

1. General Information

Service Description:

NubeGO and TwoNavGO are services offered by CompeGPS TEAM SL, which allow users to share routes and perform live tracking of activities using GPS tracks. They also offer the SeeMe™ service for real-time location data collection.

Intellectual Property:

All content, including software, images, texts, and other materials provided by NubeGO and TwoNavGO, are the property of CompeGPS TEAM SL and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without prior written authorization.

2. Data Usage

Data Collection:

NubeGO and TwoNavGO collect data such as GPS location, activity duration, user profile, and other data related to the use of the service. In particular, the SeeMe™ service collects real-time location data to offer live tracking functionality.

Data Use:

The collected data is used to improve user experience, provide live tracking functionality, personalize services, and perform statistical analysis.

Data Sharing:

Data is not shared with third parties and is used only internally by CompeGPS TEAM SL, always with the consent of users.

3. User Content

Content Publication:

Users can upload and share routes, images, descriptions, and other content on the platform (hereinafter, collectively, the "User Content"). By doing so, they guarantee that they possess the necessary rights over the content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

Rights Assignment:

By sharing content on our services, users grant CompeGPS TEAM SL a worldwide, non-exclusive, and free license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display, and execute the content in relation to the provision of services. This assignment of rights can be canceled by the user at any time by requesting CompeGPS TEAM SL.

User Content Publication Rules:

  • User Content must be relevant, always respect third-party rights, not be contrary to laws, morality, and public order, and comply with these Terms.
  • Users should be aware that through the Services they may publish User Content in a public forum available to any third party and that they are responsible for what they store and publish through the Website and Applications.
  • The User must be the holder of intellectual property, industrial, or any other type of rights over the User Content they share, either as the original author or holder or being authorized to do so by the corresponding author or rights holder.
  • If the User Content features the image, voice, or name of any person or any confidential or private information related to them, that person must have authorized the publication of that Content.

  • User Content must not include viruses, worms, or any type of destructive code.
  • User Content must comply with the conditions and technical requirements established at any time by CompeGPS TEAM SL.

Right to Cancel or Modify Content:

CompeGPS TEAM SL reserves the right to cancel, delete, or modify any content shared by the user if errors, rights infringements, or content that may harm third parties are detected. Additionally, CompeGPS TEAM SL may ban users who violate these rules.

User Responsibility:

The user is solely responsible for the content uploaded to the platform. CompeGPS TEAM SL is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the content provided by users. Users must ensure that their content complies with the conditions and does not harm third parties.

4. Liability and Limitations

Responsible Use:

Users must use the platform responsibly and respectfully, not uploading illegal or inappropriate content and not using the service for dangerous activities.

Limitation of Liability:

CompeGPS TEAM SL is not responsible for:

  • Interruptions, viruses, breakdowns, interferences, omissions, or disconnections of the electronic system, communications system, or their equipment for reasons beyond CompeGPS TEAM SL's control.
  • Delays or blockages in the use of the Website, Applications, and Services due to deficiencies or overloads in the Internet, electrical or communication lines or systems.
  • Actions of third parties.
  • The inability to access the Website, Applications, or Services due to maintenance or update work.

The platform is offered "as is" without any kind of guarantee. CompeGPS TEAM SL is not responsible for errors in location data, data loss, technical problems, or any damage that may arise from the use of the service.

5. Modifications to the Terms

Right to Modify:

CompeGPS TEAM SL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users through the website or by email.

Acceptance of Changes:

Continued use of the service after notification of changes implies acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Note: TwoNav Public Routes (BETA) is a service in beta phase and there may be changes without prior notice, always complying with the rights and conditions of use of the user and the content they may share. These terms of use may be expanded or modified in the future.
